1. What we stand for
We, ExpoTherm GbR, are aware that the secure handling of all your personal data is extremely important to you. As the responsible party in accordance with Art. 4 (7) GDPR, we guarantee that all personal data will be processed in accordance with the currently applicable data protection law.
2. When we collect data and for what purpose
a) Collection of personal data when visiting our website
We use the services of Hostinger International Ltd., server location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
When you visit our website, Hostinger International Ltd. collects various log files, including your IP address. Specifically, the following data is collected:
· IP address of the requesting computer
· Date and time of access
· Name and URL of the file accessed
· Website from which access is made (referrer URL)
· Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer and the name of your access provider
Purpose of data processing
This data is collected for the following purposes:
· Ensuring the functionality of the website
· Delivering the content of our website correctly
· To enable the optimisation of our website
· Ensuring the security of our information technology systems
Legal Basis
The use of Hostinger International Ltd. is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in ensuring that our website is as reliable as possible and optimised.
Order Processing
We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with Hostinger International Ltd. This agreement, which is required under data protection law, ensures that Hostinger processes the personal data of our website visitors only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
Your Rights
a) You have the right to access your personal data at any time. If the legal requirements are met, you also have the right to correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, as well as the right to data portability.
b) Collection of personal data when using the contact form When you contact us by email or via a contact form, we store the data you provide (your email address and name) in order to answer your questions. We delete the data collected in this context once storage is no longer necessary, or restrict processing if there are legal retention obligations. (The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR).
c) Processing of data by HubSpot
We use HubSpot, a digital marketing tool, on our website. The service provider is the American company HubSpot, Inc., 25 First Street, 2nd Floor Cambridge, MA, USA. The company also has a branch office in Ireland at 1 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, Ireland.
The following data is processed:
The user's activity (e.g. information about pages visited and which elements were clicked on)
· Device and browser information (e.g. a globally unique identifier, a user token, an IP address and an operating system)
· Data about the ads displayed (e.g. ads displayed and information about whether the user clicked on them)
· Data from advertising partners (e.g. pseudonymised user IDs)
· Content of voluntarily transmitted chat messages.

3. Disclosure of personal data
Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. The only exceptions to this are our service partners, whom we need to process the contractual relationship (e.g. shipping companies). In these cases, we strictly adhere to the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act. The scope of data transmission is limited to the minimum necessary.
Otherwise, we may provide information about inventory data in individual cases upon order of a competent authority, insofar as this is necessary for the purposes of criminal prosecution, for the fulfilment of the statutory tasks of the constitutional protection authorities, the Federal Intelligence Service or the Military Counter-Intelligence Service, or for the enforcement of intellectual property rights. In doing so, we comply with the legal provisions of Section 21(1) TDDDG.

You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:
